Returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Final-sale items, gift cards, and free promotional items are not returnable.

We will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping & fees

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping or issue a full refund. In some cases, a return may not be required.
  
• Change of mind: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A USD 5.95 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
